Pearl Dairy Farms Ltd is a subsidiary of Midland Group.  Applying the latest technologies, the company aims to provide families with quality nutritionally enriched dairy products.  Using the latest milk processing equipment, and ultra-modern technology, we strive to serve the market with products such as butter, oil and milk powder and yoghurt. 

With our 50,000-liter per-day milk processing plant, the company is growing to become one of the dominant diary product manufacturers in the world.

To match our growth, we are seeking to recruit a Professional from diverse global background  

 to serve on our team as Exports Manager for Region  through Rwanda, DR Congo and South Sudan.

Primary responsibilities: 

·         Direct foreign sales and service outlets of Pearl Dairy Farms Ltd: Negotiates contracts with foreign sales and distribution centres to establish outlets.

·         Direct clerical staff in expediting export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections.

·         Directs conversion of products to standards and specifications to ensure efficient operation under foreign conditions.

·         Arrange shipping details, such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing, shipping, and routing of product.

·         Direct clerical and technical staff in preparation of foreign language sales manuals.

·         Expedite import-export arrangements and maintains current information on import-export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.

·         Monitor the processing of orders and check that the distribution is running smoothly and that everything is on schedule. When the product has finally been delivered, you might have to deal with any complaints or queries that occur.

·         Depending on the level of your responsibility, you will often travel internationally, and could sometimes spend weeks away from home.

Qualifications and Key Skills

The ideal candidate must have a College degree in BSc./Accounting or an MBA from a recognized institution. Relevant experience include +2 years management planning and financial decision making tasks by providing appropriate financial information and undertaking related accounts administration.
